The Republican Scientific and Practical Center of Hygiene, Minsk A method for determining residuals of tetracycline group in milk by high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry has been developed. The method is based on the extraction of tetracycline with buffer solution, as well as on the clearing the extract with solid phase extraction and quantitative analysis by high performance liquid chromatography - mass spectrometry. The recovery of the internal standard from milk with buffer solution was 92 %.

The Republican Scientific and Practical Center of Hygiene, Minsk A high selective and sensitive method for determining ametoktradin residues in potatoes by high performance liquid chromatography has been developed. The conditions of extraction, purification of the extract and the conditions of chromatographic analysis have been chosen. The detection limit of ametoktradin is 0.05 mg per 1 kg of potatoes.
