SUMMARY History of reviving and prospects of parties of social-democratic orientation in countries of Central Europe at the end of XX century is considered in monography for the first time in domestic and foreign historiography.

Author analyses the following problems:

criterion of typology of social-democratic parties in Central Europe;

history of reviving of these parties and their prospects;

analysis of programs of social-democratic parties of countries of Central Europe, some real results of their activity.

According author's typology there are 3 types of parties of social democratic orientation in Central Europe:

1) authentic, or historical, parties;

2) reform, former ruling communist parties;

3) newly appeared parties, on one or another reason named itself social-democratic.

Parties of social-democratic orientation are transformed in lock and-key factors of political processes in countries of Central Europe.

They worked out cognate strategies of deciding the tasks in countries, where inhere beside the authorities (Albania, Czech Republik) or form a powerful opposition (Hungary, Poland, Bulgaria, Rumania): combination of measures of market economy and of raising a cost-performance with the active social policy.

Differences in political positions of parties social-democratic orientation don't cancel generalities of their ideological vector.

Exactly in this plan is appeared a prospect of certain united political line in the riverbed of social democracy. There are all bases to speak of trends in the making regional model, of Central Europe social democracy. Parties of social-democratic orientation do not rejoice in triumph from coming to the authorities and tragedies from care of it.

In our study this trend is named beneficial routinisation political process.

Process of stygmatisation of socialist idea in the Central Europe is 310Summary finished. It emerges equal with other ideas national, liberal, Christian-democratic, conservative etc., but its carriers parties of social-democratic orientation as a lock-and-key political system element.

Political life in the countries of region (at first north subregion, but in the future and south) falls into all-civilized riverbed and gains signs of stability, that with a time will allow conduct broad comparative-politology study already at a rate of not only Central European region, as well as European continent as a whole.
