The comlex research was carried out for the samples of rocks with high-temperature magnetic memory from Angaro-Ilimskoye ore deposit. The formation mechanism for such type of rocks was analyzed and their features were given. The temperature dependences of the magnetic susceptibility of the samples were inves tigated for several heating-cooling cycles. Also some of the features of the dependences were interpreted.

The mineralogical and the chemical structure of the samples was explored using optical and electron mi croscopy. A great illustration of maghemite to magnetite changing and creation of contact particles after heating was obtained. One of hypothesises assumes contact particles are responsible for high-temperature magnetic memory phenomenon.

Inuence of geomagnetic activity on recurrent human electroencephalogram (EEG) dynamics. St. Pe tersburg State University Research is devoted to studying of inuence of geomagnetic activity on recurrent dynamics human EEG. With this purpose many days experiments with registration frontal, central, tempo ral, parietal and occipital EEG of left and right hemisphere were spent. For each experiment for all 16 sites and 3 background conditions 9 recurrent EEG parameters were calculated (RR, DET, L, DIV, ENTR, RA TIO, LAM, TT, CLEAN). Then the correlation coecients with a planetary and local index of geomagnetic activity in day of experiment were calculated. It is revealed a lot of signicant correlations between recurrent EEG measures and indexes of geomagnetic activity. It has been shown, that the number of signicant corre lations was reliable more for the left hemisphere EEG in comparison with right hemisphere. Obtained data testify to signicant inuence of a geomagnetic eld on a human brain and on hemispheric specialization of similar inuence.
