In the course of a day, a person inhales over 15 cubic meters of air. The bacterial contents of air depends on the location, whether it is outdoor air or indoor air. In the case of indoor air, the bacteria may be distributed through droplets from nose, mouth, skin and through dust particles. [1, 2] During coughing, sneezing and talking varying numbers of droplets are expelled from the body [2, 3, 4].

Bacteria in the air consist largely of conditionally- pathogenic bacteria, such as streptococci, staphylococci, sarcina and the others. Occasionally may be present in air pathogenic bacteria,as pathogens of tuberculosis, diphtheria, pertusis. It has been estimated air containing diphtheria pathogen may be infected during one day, hemolytic streptococcus by two days, bacteria tuberculosis nearly one month [5, 6].

Pathogenic bacteria do not multiply in air, but can only survive for limited time and hence can be passed from person to person [7, 8]/ It is very important to carry out bacteriological examination of the air in the class room;

it can avoid spreading infectious and opportunistic pathogens among the pupils.

Purpose of investigation : Estimation of the class rooms microflora depending on seasons of years.

Tasks of investigation:

Examination of the class rooms microflora in autumn Examination of the class rooms microflora in winter Analysis of autumn microflora and winter microflora Object and method of investigation English class room has been examined in different season autumn and winter (September and December) of the 2010 year.

Measurement of air contamination was based on sedimentation method.

Sedimentation method: Open plates of culture media: as Chistovich medium, blood agar and meat peptone agar are exposed for 30 min, the plates are incubated at 37C for 24 hours and the number of colonies counted.

Meat-peptone agar was used for estimation of the most probably number (MPN) microorganisms in 1 m air. Pathogenic staphylococci were detected on Chistovich agar;

hemolytic streptococci on blood agar.

Omeljanskys formula was used for calculations.

A - the number of bacteria on culture media;

B - square of the surface of the culture medium placed into Petri dish ( = r2);

As it is shown on tables 1, 2: winter microflora has more potential to cause diseases, because it is more pathogenic and enough quantity of bacteria.

1.Class microflora is normal in autumn 2.The most probably number of bacteria in winter is not distinguished from normal 3.Hemolytic streptococci, pathogenic staphylococci in winter are more than permitted number of microorganisms in normal, hence is needed some scientific recommendation for prevention communicable diseases of the school pupils. It will be our next task.
